Microsoft announces a 19.99 GBP price tag for two heavy-hitters in Europe and the UK.
Microsoft has added two new games to its Xbox 360 Classics Collection today in the form of Lionhead's Fable II and Ensemble's Halo Wars. Currently revealed only for the UK and European market, both games will now sport the pleasing price tag of 19.95 GBP (roughly $31).

Fable III, Halo: Reach Showing Next Month

Microsoft's 2010 line-up will be in full force at this year's invite-only X10 event in San Francisco, promising first looks at Fable III, Halo: Reach and Left 4 Dead 2 DLC. Attendees will also see Final Fantasy XIII, Crackdown 2, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell: Conviction, and the recently revealed Xbox Game Room. The event takes place February 11th.

This year's CES expo trend was all about bringing 3D into the living room, but not everyone is convinced that the living room environment is suited for a 3D experience. Microsoft's Xbox lead Aaron Greenberg spoke with G4TV's Patrick Klepek about how he thinks the home isn't ready for 3D, regardless of the readiness of the technology. "I don't know about you, but when I play games or watch TV, I've got my phone, I've got all kinds of things going on," adding, "I get up, I get down, I'm looking outside at the weather and it's... I'm not in a dark theater, wearing glasses, staring at a screen."
