Several new puzzle games come to the Wii and DS.

It's that time of week again, and Nintendo has once again released a bevy of casual titles on the Wii and DS. We start off with Gameloft's Uno for WiiWare, similar to the company's iPhone version, for 1,000 Wii Points ($10). The update also brings bittos+ (above), a puzzle title popularized on the PC, available for 800 Points ($8). The seek-and-find game "Aha! I Found It!" Hidden Object Game is up for 500 Wii Points ($5). Virtual Console brings Ghoul Patrol, the SNES sequel to Zombies Ate My Neighbors. It costs 800 Points ($8).

Nintendo claims your grandmother isn't the only one who will want a DSi XL.

With a thicker stylus and a larger screen, some people have made the argument that Nintendo's new DSi XL's only potential market is old people. That's simply not the case, Nintendo contends, and there are far more people that just those in the "old people" demographic that will be interested in the XL when it's released outside of Japan this year.
