It won't be long before you're able to venture back into Renaissance Italy. Ubisoft has announced the release date for the first batch of Assassin's Creed II DLC.
According to a recent tweet, the Battle of Forli will be out next week. It will star Ezio alongside Machiavelli and Caterina Sforza as they battle the Orsi brothers, and will contain six new memories, including one with Leonardo da Vinci's flying machine.

The new title called a "follow-up" to the events of Assassin's Creed 2.
The next Assassin's Creed game will star the hero of Assassin's Creed 2, according to a report from CVG. After Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot mentioned the new game and its multiplayer features, an Ubisoft spokesman said: "The game will take place with the same hero, which is Ezio, and will follow-up the story that took place in Assassin's Creed 2." This sheds more light on why Ubisoft was quick to point out that it will be a full retail product and not downloadable content. DLC would probably have been our conclusion if we knew it was an Ezio story.
