Ubisoft announced during its third quarter 2009 fiscal update this morning that both Splinter Cell: Conviction and R.U.S.E will now be shipping during its 2010-11 fiscal year, which begins on April 2010.

Could we possibly see a JRPG from them in the future?
In an interview with Japan's Famitsu magazine this week, Ubisoft executive director Alain Corre dropped some hints that his company is interested in tapping into the Japanese game market more seriously in 2010 and beyond -- even floating the idea of creating a Japan-style console RPG sometime in the future.
