Return Policy
The Return/Exchange process can be initiated on the condition that the Game CD Key has not been used, or has any flaw. Otherwise, WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM can refuse to accept Return/ Exchange.
How to work with Return/Exchange

When the buyer wants to Return/Exchange one CD key has not been used, please E-mail to Order@Blizzard-Store.COM to explain the reason of Return/Exchange. The Content of E-mail should contain the original CD Key received from WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM. After the buyer received the confirmation of Return/Exchange from WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM , please keep handle the Return/Exchange for the buyer immediately.

When the buyer wants to Return/Exchange one CD Key with flaw, please E-mail to Order@Blizzard-Store.COM to explain the problem. The content of E-mail should contain the original CD key received from WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM , the screenshot of where the problem is, ect. WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM is liable to check the reason of problem, helping the buyer solve it as soon as possible. If the problem still can not be work out, WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM should do the Return/Exchange immediately.
3.
Once the Game CD Key sent is used, WWW.BLIZZARD-STORE.COM won’t accept any return/exchange of any kind.
